Pascatrauma Tokoh Utama Dalam Novel Things We Never Got Over Karya Lucy Score

Penelitian ini menganalisis representasi pascatrauma tokoh utama dalam novel Things We Never Got Over karya Lucy Score melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi bentuk trauma yang dialami tokoh Naomi dan dampaknya terhadap proses penyembuhan diri. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis tekstual dengan klasifikasi gejala PTSD menurut Schiraldi (2009). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Naomi mengalami trauma berlapis yang mencakup kekerasan emosional keluarga, penindasan identitas, pengkhianatan saudara, serta eksploitasi ekonomi dan hukum. Dampak trauma memanifestasikan diri dalam bentuk trust issue, ketidakberdayaan, kehilangan identitas, dan ketakutan membangun hubungan interpersonal. Proses penyembuhan Naomi menunjukkan transformasi dari korban menjadi pelindung melalui dukungan sosial, keberanian membuka diri, dan tindakan aktif mencari lingkungan supportif. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan trauma studies dalam literatur dengan menunjukkan akurasi psikologis representasi PTSD dalam karya sastra kontemporer, sekaligus memperkaya pemahaman tentang kompleksitas pengalaman trauma dan potensi penyembuhan melalui medium naratif.
