Peer Review Process

  1. The author(s) create an account on the website and submit their manuscript.
  2. The editor in chief would conduct an initial review (1-2 weeks), taking into account the following points: (1) Adherence to the focus and scope of the manuscript, (2) The uniqueness and significance of the manuscript, (3) The manuscript's compliance with the guidelines, (4) Check for manuscript similarity, (5) Copyrights transfer agreement form available.
  3. The editor in chief decides on the initial review using the following decision types, (1) If the manuscript is rejected during the peer-review process, it will be returned to the author(s) with the specific comment attached, (2) If the manuscript is revised during the peer-review process, it will be returned to the author(s) with the specific comment attached. The author(s) should revise their manuscript and re-upload it to the system, (3) Acceptance to the peer-review process indicates that the manuscript will be sent to the section editor for reviewer selection.
  4. The section editor would seek reviewers who are a good fit for the manuscript. Following that, the manuscript will be distributed to external reviewers via a single-blind peer-review process (4-8 weeks).
  5. The external reviewers would provide insightful comments on the manuscript and make the following recommendations, (1) Accepted in its current form, (2) Minor revisions, (3) Significant revision, (4) Rejected completely.
  6. Before making a decision, the section editor would consider the reviewers' comments and recommendations as follows, (1) Completely rejected indicates that the manuscript has been rejected from consideration for publication, (2) Accepted as-is indicates that the manuscript has been accepted in its entirety without revision. (3) Minor revision indicates that the manuscript should be revised in response to the reviewer's minor comment, (4) Major revision indicates that the manuscript should be revised in response to the reviewer's major comment.
  7. If the section editor accepts the manuscript, it is sent to the copyeditor for copyediting and typesetting before being sent to the author for final review and layout.
  8. If the author(s) make a minor or major change to the manuscript, they should revise and resubmit it to the system. The section editor would then decide whether to accept it for the next step or subject it to the second round of revision.
  9. If the section editor rejects a manuscript, the author(s) will be notified that the manuscript was not accepted for publication. Additionally, this decision is accompanied by detailed comments.
  10. After the layout is complete. The acceptance letter would be sent to the author(s) along with the final version of the manuscript.
